MEET OUR TEAM

Dr. Gagnet has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Tulane University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Southern University New Orleans. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation from Marymount University. Dr. Gagnet has also completed the Executive Certification in Nonprofit Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Miss Peters has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Mississippi State University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi State University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor.

Mr. Weidemann is a graduate of Arizona State University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Randy is responsible for all daily operations and staff management.

Tiffany Williams holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Memphis and a MSW from Tulane University. She manages the residents' educational development, both inside and outside of the Home. "I strive to offer a safe, supportive environment for the boys to confidently share ideas and build educational and social skills that will serve them throughout their lives."

Mrs. Wilkerson is the Dormitory Manager and has over 25 years of child and adolescent youth service work at Waldo Burton. In addition to being the leader of the dormitory workers, she is the activities coordinator and leads our summer programming
