Executive Director
Alexander Gagnet, Ed.D., LCSW
Dr. Gagnet has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Tulane University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Southern University New Orleans. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation from Marymount University. Dr. Gagnet has also completed the Executive Certification in Nonprofit Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Director of Social Services and Admissions
Cori Peters, MS, LPC, NCC
Miss Peters has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Mississippi State University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi State University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor.
Education Director
Seneca Hennrich, M.Ed.
Mrs. Hennrich has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and Studio Art from The University of Vermont and a Master’s Degree in Education from Loyola Marymount University. In addition to being the Education Director, she also teaches classes for our on-campus Home School Program, which is a two-year academic initiative to work with residents who struggle with traditional school settings.

Randy Weidemann
Mr. Weidemann is a graduate of Arizona State University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. Randy is responsible for all daily operations and staff management.
Dormitory Manager
Beverly Wilkerson
Mrs. Wilkerson is the Dormitory Manager and has over 25 years of child and adolescent youth service work at Waldo Burton. In addition to being the leader of the dormitory workers, she is the activities coordinator and leads our summer programming

Brandon Jones
Brandon Jones is the Dormitory Manager for the 16–18-year-old residents. Brandon has been working for Waldo Burton for over 15 years and is a former resident. In addition to his responsibilities guiding our older boys, Brandon is the Alumni Director.
