Waldo Burton Attends Koats For Kids Annual Concert

Waldo Burton students enjoyed a night of beautiful music at the 2024 Koats for Kids Concert. Koats for Kids is an organization dedicated to providing warm coats for underserved kids and implementing songwriting programs for system-impacted youth.

The annual concert at Gallier Hall featured amazing performances by New Orleans musicians, including Roots of Music, Michael Hecht (aka DJ El Camino), Koats for Kids String Quartet, Xavier University’s Music Department, Make Music NOLA students, Dr. Ko, and many more.
